Selection and Jury
A distinguished jury, comprising experts from diverse fields and backgrounds, will evaluate projects. This esteemed panel will select projects and winning projects in travel exhibition and special publication. Jury decision is final.
Exhibition and Publication

- Exhibition: The top projects from all six categories will be showcased in Travel Exhibition around the difference cities, drawing global attention to the ideas shaping tomorrow.
- Publication: A curated selected projects will be featured in a Special Issue Publication by SOCB, ensuring these transformative ideas reach an international audience through our magazine or book.

4) Project must be submitted on one A2 sheet portrait (420 x 594 mm) pdf.
5) Once payment is made to SOCB you will receive a registration number.
6) Registration number must be placed on right side top corner on A2 sheet.
7) Please do not mention your name or company name on sheet (its against rules).
8)Jury decision is the final decision.

SOCB retains the exclusive rights to publish and exhibit all winning and shortlisted projects across the six categories, ensuring that all authors receive proper acknowledgment for their contributions.

Dr. Elham K. Hassani, earned her Ph.D. in Architecture and Construction (Research Field: Urban Morphology) in 2022 and a certificate of expertise in resilient urban regeneration in 2024 from Sapienza Università di Roma, where she has co-taught courses and supervised graduate theses. She has held visiting positions at Lund University, Malmö University, and Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. She is conference committee member of (SOCB) School Of Collectively Building in Austria.

Prof. Moritz Elbert, is an Rufa – Rome University of Fine Arts faculty member at the Milan campus and a communication designer and independent exhibition maker. Trained in Italy, he graduated in Industrial Design and specialized in museography at the Politecnico di Milano, later focusing on contemporary art curation. He has led projects and collaborations with major cultural institutions across Europe. In Venice, he founded the sustainable mobility startup eneu and has been teaching design and planning in Vienna and Milan since 2024. He is core team of (SOCB) School Of Collectively Building in Austria.

Ar. Ugochukwu Franklin Eze, is a Lecturer, doctoral candidate and research Associate at the Institute of Design (Gestaltung1), Faculty of Architecture, Universität Innsbruck. His research explores the computational and probabilistic dynamics of African cities, with a particular focus on Lagos, Nigeria. Combining AI, spatial analysis. His work highlights how cities like Lagos thrive through improvisation, community networks, and evolving digital narratives. Through teaching and field-based research, he connects architectural pedagogy with real-world urban conditions while advancing more inclusive frameworks for understanding Global South urban intelligence.

Dr. Tanushree Gupta MA, PhD, is an art conservator specializing in painting conservation and preventive conservation. She coordinates the joint master’s program “Cultural Heritage Conservation and Management” at the Conservation Institute of the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Vienna, Austria. In addition, she oversees the Institute’s international relations, fostering academic and research collaborations. She is the coordinator of the International Council of Museums, Committee for Conservation (ICOM-CC) Working Group on Education and Training in Conservation. She also serves on the steering committee of the International Network for the Conservation of Contemporary Art (INCCA).

Dr. Anwar Hamrouni is an Assistant Professor in the Architectural Engineering Department at the American University of the Middle East (AUM), Kuwait. He holds a Ph.D. in Architecture from a joint doctoral program between Université Grenoble Alpes (France) and the University of Carthage (Tunisia), as well as a Master’s degree in Innovation and Territory from Université Grenoble Alpes. His research and teaching interests include architectural and urban design, innovation in the built environment, sustainable architecture, and the interaction between architecture, territory, and socio-spatial processes. He is actively involved in academic research and interdisciplinary projects related to contemporary architectural challenges.

Dr. Varvara Toura, graduated from the School of Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and holds Master’s degrees in Architectural Engineering (AUTh) and Urban and Regional Planning (IUP, France). She earned her PhD in Urban Studies from EHESS (France). She works as a researcher and academic in France and Greece, teaching urban planning and urban and landscape design studios. Her research focuses on urban transformations, urban policies, and citizen engagement in architecture and urban design. She is conference committee member of (SOCB) School Of Collectively Building in Austria.

PM, Dieter Soerensen, is an experienced international hospital and healthcare consultant with over 20 years of expertise in hospital construction projects. He specializes in master planning, project briefing, tenant requirements, and concept and detailed design. His expertise also includes environmental and social management, safety, infection control, hygiene management, and equipment advisory. He has worked with international clients and government ministries, delivering high-quality, efficient, and compliant healthcare solutions across diverse global projects. he is conference committee member of (SOCB) School Of Collectively Building in Austria.

Prof. Ester Carro is an architect, social urbanist, professor, and activist. She was named one of the 50 Most Influential Professionals by Casa Vogue (2024), included in the Forbes Under 30 list (2023), and recognized as one of the 100 Extraordinary Brazilian Women by Rebel Girls. Prof. Carro participated in CASACOR 2023 and 2024, receiving the Veja Magazine Award (2023) for her social impact work. She is a PhD candidate in Architecture and Urbanism at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, a Visiting Scholar at Delft University of Technology, and also teaches at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie . Since 2017, she has led Instituto Fazendinhando, promoting socio-environmental transformation in Jardim Colombo.

Ar. Santosh Kumar Ketham, is an architect, educator, and philanthropist based in Austria. He is the Founder and Director of the (SOCB) School Of Collectively Building in Austria, the NGO Thinking Hand, and Studio Ketham’s Atelier. He serves as External Faculty at the Exparch, Universität Innsbruck, where he introduced the Climate Responsive Architecture (CRA) course. His work focuses on climate-responsive design, flood resilience, and community empowerment. His publications are archived at the Österreichische Nationalbibliothek. He is editor of the Socio-Cultural Theory Journal (SIP) published by UCL Press and was nominated in 2023 as a potential candidate for the Loeb Fellowship at the Harvard GSD. He was also interviewed on climate change and adaptive living in the documentary Living on the Water by Deutsche Welle (DW Documentary).
